Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of the formal wear industry, all orders are considered special orders. We carry dresses to try on only and we order the dress in your size along with the color choices offered. All sales are final on bridal gowns, prom dresses, MOB/MOG, bridesmaids and homecoming. Deposits are non-refundable at the time of purchase. Dresses that are marked down or off-the-rack are non-refundable at the time of purchase.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Yes we do! We ship anywhere in the world. Shipping costs do vary depending on what country you reside in.
Will I need alterations since my dress is custom measured?

Yes! Often times our weight fluctuates. In addition, the only way to get an accurate fitting is by having the gown taylor made. We always add a few inches just in case, especially if the gown is form fitting.
Do you offer alterations at your shop?

We do not. However, we will refer you to the seamstress near our shop that does a fantastic job at affordable prices!
How long does it take for a dress be to made?

Wedding Gowns: For custom designs, please allow up to 6 months. For one of our designs, generally it takes 12 weeks. All Ricca Sposa gowns take roughly 12 weeks to complete and are custom made to your measurements.
What days of the week do you offer custom designs?

Custom designs are offered exclusively on Sundays only. We only offer custom designs for this day so that you can take your time and not feel rushed (regular bridal appointments approximately 2 hours). We also offer Sunday appointments for private parties! You will have the place exclusively to yourself and will have plenty of time to try on our gowns without feeling rushed! A $500 deposit is required for booking a custom design or private party try-on. Call or email us today to find out more information on our custom designing services!
Do you offer prom dresses?

We are excited to announce that we are now selling prom dresses to try on for purchase. We have many different styles of dresses available for purchase. We are by appointment only and our prom slots are available for 1.5 hours. All prom dresses are for try-on only unless otherwise specified. We offer many different sizes and colors of the same dress to choose from. Drop shipping available. Rush fees apply. It generally takes 10-14 business days for your dress to ship out. For some of our exclusive designs that are made to order, it can take up to 45 days to finish. Please allow ample time for our exclusive prom designs.
Do you offer mother of the bride or groom dresses?

Yes! We carry many different styles to try on for purchase and if it's not the right fit, no worries. We can order any dress of choice in your size and choice of colors that are offered. Ask Christy for color options available for the specific design. In a rush? No problem. We offer drop shipping at your address. Rush fees apply.
Do you offer custom design formal gowns?

Yes, we offer custom designed formal gowns. The ordering process is similar to custom wedding gowns. Please send us inspiration pictures of different aspects from different dresses via email at twosistersbridalgowns@gmail.com. Once we have the details of your gown, we will follow up with an estimate for a custom design. Please allow up to 6 months for custom designs.
Do you offer custom design wedding dresses?

Yes, we offer custom designed wedding dresses. Custom designed wedding dresses are our specialty. Please email us different aspects of different dresses to create a unique, one-of-a-kind wedding dress. Once we have all the details, we will provide you with an estimate to create your dream wedding dress! If the pricing is within your budget, the next step would be making an in-person appointment. Please note: Custom design appointments are available ONLY on Sundays. All custom design appointments require a $500 deposit.
