Shipping Policy

Shipping costs vary by weight of your gown. The cost of shipping is anywhere from $35-$65 within the United States. International shipping costs range from $85-$150 depending on weight. Shipping costs will be figured at the time of purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

Wedding Gowns:

All gowns are custom made to order. All deposits and final payments are non-refundable. In the event that your dress is not finished by a promise date, returns may be offered with proof of missed wear date.

Formal Wear : Due to the nature of the formal wear industry, all orders we place are through our manufacturer and these are considered special orders. We do not offer refunds on special orders.

Cancelling Orders: In the formal and prom industry, all dresses ordered through our manufacturer are considered special orders and cannot be cancelled at any time.

Final Sales: All off the rack purchases are non-refundable.
