STORE POLICY
Important Information
All wedding gowns are custom made to order unless purchasing off the rack. Standard wedding gown time frame is 12-16 weeks for production. If you choose to have your gown on rush order, there is a fee of 10% of total cost of your dress. Orders are NOT subject to cancellation once a down payment has been received, and deposits are non-refundable. All gowns are custom made to measurements, but in the event that alterations are needed please contact your local seamstress if applicable. Stocking fees of $75 per month will apply if dress is not shipped or picked up with-in 4 weeks of completion.
Custom Design Wedding Gown Policy: We offer custom designed wedding gowns. Send us different aspects from different dresses to create a unique, one-of-a -kind wedding gown. We offer many different styles of laces to choose from and will send you pictures of the laces we think match closely to what you prefer. Once we have all the details about your gown, Christiane will draw a front and back sketch for approval. Upon approval of the design, we send the sketch and details to our manufacturer.
As mentioned above, most wedding gowns generally take 3 months for production. Once the dress is completed, we will send you detailed pictures of your dress and any minor changes that are needed, we will be happy to do so.
To receive an estimate for a custom-made gown, please send us design ideas via email. Once we have design details, we will follow up with some pricing options and if our prices meet your expectations, we will schedule a time on Sundays only for custom gowns. We require a deposit that is non-refundable in the amount of $500 for all custom designs.

Formal Gowns: All of our formal wear is considered special order, unless specified otherwise. We carry many designs to choose from that are available in different colors and sizes. All special orders can take up to 3 weeks to ship. Rush fees apply.

Bridal Appointments: We offer bridal appointments during the week and on weekends. For weekend appointments, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellation. Saturdays are the most sought days for bridal appointments, and we require a $100 deposit that is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance. We understand emergencies can occur and are willing to hear your story, but please understand we hold these slots for a reason.
